Rooms and Rates
What types of rooms are available in 호텔 and what are the differences between the different categories?
호텔 has five categories of room, deluxe, grand deluxe, 코너 스위트 룸, the 이그젝큐티브 룸 and 이그젝큐티브 스위트,.
디럭스 룸 are located on the 10th to 18th floors. 그랜드 디럭스 룸 are located on the 19th to 30th floors and 이그젝큐티브 룸 are located on the 31st to 34th floors. All our rooms are equipped with wireless broadband internet access, tea and coffee-making facilities and comfortable beds with duvets.
Rooms on the Executive floors and 스위트 룸 have a private reception area, 24-hour butler service, complimentary breakfast, tea, coffee and juices served throughout the day, plus early evening cocktails and canapés. In addition, a boardroom is available for small 미팅 and free wireless broadband internet access is complimentary throughout in the Executive Lounge.

Are your hotel rates per room or per person?
The rates charged are per room although the cost may differ slightly for single, double and triple occupancy.

Does my room reservation require any guarantee?
All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?
To cancel your booking without incurring any charge, please contact the Reservations Department at least one day prior to your arrival. You will then be given a cancellation number.

How many people can stay in one room?
Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of three people. Please note that the third bed will be a rollaway bed.

Do you offer discounts for a group booking?

Do you have a pet policy?
We regret that animals are not allowed to stay in the 객실.

Does the internet rate include breakfast?
Breakfast is sometimes included in the internet rate. For details of the rates applicable to a particular period, please visit www.amari.com.

What are the standard check in and check out times of 호텔?
The standard check-in time is 14:00 and check out is at 12:00 noon. However, if you are arriving earlier then we make every effort to ensure that a room is available for you.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?
It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be gurranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room from the night before.

Can I have a late check-out?
It is possible to have a late check out. Please note that, for check out after 18:00, an additional room night will be charged at the regular room rate.

Do you offer a room rate for short stays (day use)?
Day use of the rooms is available.

Do you have twin, triple and quadruple rooms?
We do have twin rooms. For triple rooms, an extra bed may be added. However, no quadruple rooms are available.

Yes, they are.

Yes, we do. All 객실 have a bathtub and a separate cubicle shower.

All 객실 have a safe deposit box which is available free of charge.

Is e-mail available at 호텔?
The entire hotel is set up for wireless broadband internet access, with free hot zones in the main lobby and in the Executive Lounge.
Broadband internet access is available in every room.
Guests are able to send and receive email at the Business Centre. Email/Internet can be arranged in the business centre or in a private office. Document printing service is also available.

Where is breakfast served and at what times?
A breakfast buffet is served in the 프라머네이드 Restaurant on the 4th floor between 6:00am and 10:30am.
Executive Floor guests can enjoy breakfast in the Executive Lounge.

We have 5 main restaurants in 호텔:
프라머네이드 Restaurant: a spacious restaurant with extensive buffets and a show kitchen where guests can order food to be cooked to their liking.
Capacity: 250 people
Cuisine: International cuisine, breakfast and lunch buffet on weekdays and a la carte menu. Open 24 hours a day.
헤이친로우 Chinese Restaurant: Well known in Tokyo, Yokohama and Hong Kong. 헤이친로우 is famous for serving Cantonese food at its best. It has 6 private rooms for a private gathering.
Capacity: 207 people
Cuisine: Traditional Cantonese cuisine including Dim Sum lunch and an extensive a la carte menu.
그래피노 Italian Restaurant: Take a fresh look at Italian cuisine. It is the place for casual dining.
Capacity: 108 people
Cuisine: Innovative Italian dishes, skillfully prepared by our Italian Chef Giovania Ranaudo.

It takes approximately 30 minutes to get from the airport to 호텔, by highway, depending on the time of day. The cost ranges from Bht 350 for a public taxi to the airport and Bht 2,354 net for a hotel limousine (BMW 5 series).

If I take a hotel limousine from the airport, will I be met by a member of Amari Hotels and Resort staff?
We have staff on duty at 호텔 to meet all our arriving guests and to escort you to the limousine. The representative wears a red jacket and carries an Amari sign.

Tourists are able to claim back the VAT on larger purchases when they exit the country. Most department stores display a sign to this effect and will provide the necessary forms for completion.

The tap water in Thailand is not potable. Complimentary drinking water is provided in all 객실.

What is the weather like at different times of the year?
As a general guideline, the weather in Thailand is warm all year round. However, the weather is generally most pleasant from November to February when there are clear skies and sunshine. The “hot season” is from April and May, when temperatures reach their highest. The “rainy season” is between June and September although it does not rain every day and usually the rain only lasts for an hour or so in the evening.

What should I wear in Thailand?
The dress code in Thailand is quite modest and so conservative dress is recommended. Shorts and sleeveless vests cannot be worn to visit a temple.

Are there any golf courses near 호텔?
Nearest one is The Royal Dusit Golf Course on Pitsanuloke Rd., which is 45 minutes from 호텔. We can arrange a golf tour for you including tee-off time, caddy and equipment plus transportation to the golf course. Please contact the Concierge for details at the Ext no.62.

Yes, laptops can be connected to the regular phone lines or to splitter boxes, provided by 호텔. The entire building is also wireless enabled.

We have Bangkok Post, The Nation, International Herald Tribute, The Asian Wall Street Journal and the Japanese Yumiuri Newspaper. Guests staying in superior rooms can request one of the mentioned newspapers without any charges. For guest staying in deluxe and suite rooms, we offer a daily free delivery of one newspaper automatically
