Rooms and Rates

What types of rooms are available in 호텔 and what are the differences between the different categories?
호텔 has five categories of room, deluxe, grand deluxe, 코너 스위트 룸, the 이그젝큐티브 룸 and 이그젝큐티브 스위트,.

디럭스 룸 are located on the 10th to 18th floors. 그랜드 디럭스 룸 are located on the 19th to 30th floors and 이그젝큐티브 룸 are located on the 31st to 34th floors. All our rooms are equipped with wireless broadband internet access, tea and coffee-making facilities and comfortable beds with duvets.

Rooms on the Executive floors and 스위트 룸 have a private reception area, 24-hour butler service, complimentary breakfast, tea, coffee and juices served throughout the day, plus early evening cocktails and canapés. In addition, a boardroom is available for small 미팅 and free wireless broadband internet access is complimentary throughout in the Executive Lounge.

Are your hotel rates per room or per person?
The rates charged are per room although the cost may differ slightly for single, double and triple occupancy.

All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?
To cancel your booking without incurring any charge, please contact the Reservations Department at least one day prior to your arrival. You will then be given a cancellation number.

How many people can stay in one room?
Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of three people. Please note that the third bed will be a rollaway bed.

  We regret that animals are not allowed to stay in the 객실.

What are the standard check in and check out times of 호텔?
The standard check-in time is 14:00 and check out is at 12:00 noon. However, if you are arriving earlier then we make every effort to ensure that a room is available for you.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?
  It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be gurranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room from the night before.

Can I have a late check-out?
   It is possible to have a late check out. Please note that, for check out after 18:00, an additional room night will be charged at the regular room rate.

Day use of the rooms is available.

Do you have twin, triple and quadruple rooms?
We do have twin rooms. For triple rooms, an extra bed may be added. However, no quadruple rooms are available.

Yes, we do. All 객실 have a bathtub and a separate cubicle shower.

A breakfast buffet is served in the 프라머네이드 Restaurant on the 4th floor between 6:00am and 10:30am.

프라머네이드 Restaurant: a spacious restaurant with extensive buffets and a show kitchen where guests can order food to be cooked to their liking.

Cuisine: International cuisine, breakfast and lunch buffet on weekdays and a la carte menu. Open 24 hours a day.

헤이친로우 Chinese Restaurant: Well known in Tokyo, Yokohama and Hong Kong. 헤이친로우 is famous for serving Cantonese food at its best. It has 6 private rooms for a private gathering.

Capacity: 207 people

Cuisine: Traditional Cantonese cuisine including Dim Sum lunch and an extensive a la carte menu.

그래피노 Italian Restaurant: Take a fresh look at Italian cuisine. It is the place for casual dining.

The tap water in Thailand is not potable. Complimentary drinking water is provided in all 객실.

What is the weather like at different times of the year?
As a general guideline, the weather in Thailand is warm all year round. However, the weather is generally most pleasant from November to February when there are clear skies and sunshine. The “hot season” is from April and May, when temperatures reach their highest. The “rainy season” is between June and September although it does not rain every day and usually the rain only lasts for an hour or so in the evening.

What should I wear in Thailand?
The dress code in Thailand is quite modest and so conservative dress is recommended. Shorts and sleeveless vests cannot be worn to visit a temple.

We have Bangkok Post, The Nation, International Herald Tribute, The Asian Wall Street Journal and the Japanese Yumiuri Newspaper. Guests staying in superior rooms can request one of the mentioned newspapers without any charges. For guest staying in deluxe and suite rooms, we offer a daily free delivery of one newspaper automatically
