오조호텔로 버기카 타고 터미널21 갈 수 있다는게 킥.. 별로 안더운날 갔는데도 걸어다녔음 너무 지쳤을 것 같다. 초등 물놀이 괜찮지만 고학년이나 중딩은 심심할수도 있을 것 같다. 직원들이 전반적으로 친절함.

방콕에서 너무 지친상태로 왔는데 로비에서부터 나는 향기와 직원분의 친절함에 감동 받았습니다. 특히나 로비에 친절하신 Mook이라는 직원분께서 룸업그레이드를 해줘서 바다도 풀도 잘보이는 스윗트룸에서 지냈어요. 덕분에 여행 마무리를 잘한 것 같아요. 엑스트라베드를 결제했다가 침대가 충분히 넓어 취소 요청 드렸는데도 깔끔하게 해결해주셨어요. 아이 생일이라 이벤트 부탁하니 타르트, 초콜렛도 준비해줘서 아이가 느끼기에 충분한 행복감이였고, 만나는 직원분들도 모두가 친절하며 환영해주는 느낌이에요! 참, 수영장도 아이들과 어른이 함께 즐기기 충분하고 슬라이드도 여러개라 아이들이 너무 좋아합니다. 지금 날씨가 좋아서 그런지 터미널21 걸어가기도 좋고, 근처에 마사지샵도 아주 많아요. 해가 지면 바닷가 거닐기도 좋고 참, 석양도 너무 예쁩니다. 파타야를 또 오게 된다면 여기로 또 오고싶어요

근처 홀리데이인과 오조노스에 비해 객실이 넓고 욕조와 테라스가 있습니다. 로비의 층고가 높고 고급스러워 입구에 들어오면서 웅장한 느낌을 받았습니다. 오후3시 체크인이었는데 시간보다 늦게 도착했지만 객실준비가 안되어있어 20분정도 기다렸고 체크인을 담당했던 남자직원은 최대한 빨리 준비해주려고 노력하는 모습이었습니다. 객실은 7층이었는데 홀리데이인 베이타워와 마주보고 있었으며 건물사이로 바다가 보이고 석양이 아름다웠습니다. 리조트를 선택할때 운동할수 있는 짐이 중요한데 홀리데이인보다 기구가 구식이고 구성이 좋지 못하고 오조노스와는 같은 헬스머신이지만 종류가 부족했습니다. 리조트 규모에비해 헬스장은 개선이 필요해보입니다. 수영장은 유아풀과 성인풀이 나눠져 있어 성인풀은 조용했으며 수영장이 넓고 카바나와 썬베드가 넉넉해 여유로웠습니다. 수영장 직원들은 친절하고 부대시설에 대해 잘 설명해주었습니다. 렌트카로 다녀서 자주 외출했는데 타워주차장이 객실건물과 멀어서 조금 불편했고 출입구 직원이 출차,입차할때 계속 확인하는것도 번거로웠네요. 그래도 파타야에 여행하기에 위치나 시설 모두 상급에 속하는 좋은 리조트입니다.

클럽룸2개 예약했어요. 업그레이드 해주셔서 멋진 전망으로 매우 행복하게 이용했습니다. 클럽룸, 라운지 다닐 때 엘베 이용없이 계단으로 이동한 점도 좋았습니다. 파타야가 유흥지역이라 내심 마음에 걸렸는데~ 아이들 데리고 가족여행 갈만한 호텔로 추천합니다. 터미널21 가기에도 좋았어요. 음식이 조금 아쉬웠어요. 체크아웃후 밴 픽업하기까지 2시간 정도 라운지에서 1명만 대기를 요청하였는데 거절당한 것은 좀 의외었어요. 0 다이얼로 문의했는데 라운지 대기 가능하다고 했었는데, 로비 체크아웃시 안된다고 단호하게 말씀하셔서, 그냥 알겠다고 하였습니다. 타지역,타호텔에서도 클럽룸일 경우, 라운지 대기 몇시간 정도는 배려해주셨거든요. 타 호텔의 배려가 익숙해졌던터라 아쉬움이 좀 남았습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 베풀어 주신 친절에 감사합니다.
