
Bookings
- All room rates and services are subject to a 7% government tax and 10% service charge.
- Each reservation is subject to the hotel provider's change and cancellation policy, which may vary.
- Guests are typically required to notify the hotel of any cancellations at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- In the event of a prepaid reservation cancellation, guests will be charged the applicable change or cancellation fees as stated in the confirmation email or indicated in the hotel's policy.
- When making a hotel reservation, guests are kindly requested to provide their flight number, time of arrival or departure, number of people, and the full name of each guest.
- Guests wishing to book airport transfers are requested to make a reservation at least 3 days prior to their arrival date. To confirm the service, please provide your flight number and arrival or departure time. In the event of a no-show or a cancellation made less than 48 hours before arrival, the full transfer fee will be charged to the company guarantee. Additional charges will be applied for transfers. Cost may vary depending on the mode of transportation, travel date, and luggage.

Check-in & Check-Out
- To ensure a smooth check-in process, guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID of the primary guest and booking details, including the confirmation letter, or booking number, at the reception desk.
- A security deposit is required upon check-in at THB 1,000 per night for Amari Tower or THB 2,000 per night for Amari Suites. This deposit covers any incidental charges during the stay and will be refunded at check-out in accordance with hotel policies. If deposit was paid in cash, the guest can expect an immediate refund upon check-out. For local credit card payments, please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed, while foreign credit card payments may take up to 30 working days.
- At check-out, guests must return the full set of keycards to avoid additional charges.
- For security and verification purposes, guests are required to present the same credit card used for guarantee or payment upon check-in. If the original credit card cannot be presented, payment must be settled using a valid credit card under the guest’s name or cash payment.

Children
- A maximum of 2 children under 12 years old may stay in the same room with an accompanying adult using existing bedding at no additional charge. Any additional children under 12 will be charged at a 50% discounted rate.
- Children requesting an extra bed will be charged separately during the stay.
- Baby cots are complimentary, available on request and requires a minimum of 1 day advanced reservation.
- All baby cot and extra beds are subject to availability.
- Our Kids Club is designed as a safe and engaging environment for children aged 3 to 12 years old only. Age-specific access rules are in place to ensure appropriate supervision and maintain the quality of the experience for all participants.

General
- Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited throughout the property. For guests’ convenience, a designated outdoor smoking area is available. A minimum charge of THB 5,000 will apply for cleaning and restoration expenses if smoking is detected in non-smoking areas.
- Bringing outside food and beverages into the swimming pool area is not allowed.
